i wanna make mediawiki work better between several wikis

• share resources
• customize interface ie load template in new edit, preview button move, tweaks etc

some other ideas to customize mediawiki are:

• format twext
• plugin somehow
• lowlight
• xcroll, even for non-twext editing in normal mediawiki
