alpha twexter is a test of a twexter software, with:
- just type twext simple input
- slop select language options (now in hiding)
- xcroll manage two windows with one scrollbar
- chunker text chunker
- integration with translate.google.com
- twexter tool to format chunk translations
- embedding youtube and other videos and images
- xnav experiment logo/gui
you can add any language or dialect to alpha twexter
- ui is improving
- accounts coming soon
- now we have comments
this alpha twexter can demo multilingual functions, but
- is kinda complicated
- hard to maintain on our budget
- is unlikely to earn immediate revenue
so soon we focus on a simpler beta twexter:
- focused only on two languages (limited slop)
- key control 10x more useful than xnav
- user accounts
- plugin to wordpress
beta twexter will work with same database as alpha, but
- let us narrow content to safe for all ages
- simplify interface
- involve a local userbase
- help us fund ourselves
