Entries received between January 02 and March 03 of 2008 will be assessed in an opening phase by a panel of judges, which will decide on a total of 50 initial winners vying for a total of $5 million in prize money. Those winners will receive $25,000 USD each upon selection and then be eligible for a further ten awards of $100,000 USD each, and a further ten of $275,000 USD. The second phase of the competition will see another $5 million of prize money contested and awarded.

http://twext.cc/go/19 is being coded by Redhive (zeen) returns to deliver multilingual twexter.. it's a database driven web-app so we're trying Ruby on Rails.. still, we hope the 18#.twx format can work w/ variable programming languages and databases.. included in this phase is some basic wixi functions for alternatives and reverts.. delivery in early June, so soon we'll be turning great songs into great langauge teachers

"i've read the spec, have the skills and motivation".. 18 hours later, zeen shows demo, with xcroll, format and style.. thanks, zeen! looks like by april 15, we may have a working basic twexter =) meanwhile, more specs to bid are coming.. and the lucha libre is open..

a spec to bid basic twexter software has been posted on scriptlance, elance, getafreelancer.. bidding ends April 10, and the job will be awarded soon after.. so hopefully we'll have a strong prototype very soon.. meanwhile, more specs are coming to outline explicit budgets and milestones for the next phases of twexter software development..
